Team Lead Operations - US/UK Tech Support - Voice - Permanent WFH

We are looking for a Team Lead Operations for our company.

You must have:

· 4 - 5 yr Exp in International Tech VOICE Process

· 1 yr Exp as Team Leader

· Solid & Proven Tech Support Exp

· Excellent Inbound Voice Process Exp

· Stable career profile

· Excellent English Communication

Your primary responsibilities will be:

· Manage our Tech Support Processes

· Manage the Team

· Maintain SLA

· Conduct QA

· Team Training

· Client Communication

Responsible for Service Delivery

· Salary : 4.5 – 5 LPA

· Only fixed salary - no incentives and allowance.

· 6 days working with rotational week off.

· Should have your own Laptop and Wi-Fi (no reimbursement)
