We’re Hiring: Team Leader – International BPO – US Voice Process
Location: S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday | Fixed Weekends Off)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Age Limit: 18–30 Years
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader for our International BPO Voice Process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years of relevant leadership experience, preferably in a B2C process, and should be proficient with CRM systems and other technical tools commonly used in BPO operations.
Key Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 1.5 years as a Team Leader in an International BPO (Voice Process)
• Process Exposure: Experienced in B2C sales and Lead generation will be an added advantage
• Location: Based in Ahmedabad and comfortable with night shifts
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English
• Technical Skills: Familiar with CRM platforms and general technical tools
• Leadership: Strong ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team to meet performance goals
• Sales Focus: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team to achieve individual and team performance metrics
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and implement action plans for improvement
• Provide regular coaching and training to enhance skills and productivity
• Ensure proper usage of CRM systems and adherence to process guidelines
• Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution
• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency

This role is open to experienced candidates only. A minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO is required.
