Job Purpose
• Requirement Gathering
• Preparation/Review of Business Requirement Document (BRD)
• Functional Specification Review and identifying the Gaps with the BRD
• Preparation of test cases with test plan to complete the testing schedule within the agreed timeframe for all the business loyalty program initiatives.
• Review the test cases with the Project Manager and Business partners for finalization.
• Coordinate with Internal teams like Product, Business and Technology.
• Initiation and tracking of all Change requests. Publish MI on regular intervals to Project Manager.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on loyalty program fulfillment process.
• Project tracking and status reporting to Project Manager.
• Perform end to end testing of loyalty programs and ensure smooth roll out of changes
Key Result Areas
• Knowledge of general banking with good experience in overall know Credit card and acquiring life cycle activities.
• Preferable knowledge of various card products and functions and other related functions operational functions of settlements, disputes etc..
• 6-8years of cards domain/ multi-discipline banking experience with specific exposure to handling of Reward/Loyalty programs
• Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal),Good analytical thinking/interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge on Project Management tools, MIS reporting
• Ability to meet stringent client deliverables and effective presentation skills
• Thorough knowledge of testing and experience in handling testing tools
• Good knowledge on the credit cards operations and loyalty programs fulfillment process.

• Ability to Identify, streamline and automate loyalty fulfillment process wherever possible.
• Basic knowledge on the Master / Visa / UAECB regulations.
• Experience in Defect Management tools like JIRA, Bugzilla etc.

• Managing end to end UAT support
• Provide daily updates on ongoing UAT projects/resolving bottlenecks and ensure timely roll out of changes/projects
• Providing Post Production support
• Impart training to Business Users
• Should be a self-starter

• The job involves end to end testing in both issuing and acquiring projects related to loyalty fulfillment.
• Working with internal teams like Product, Business and Technology for the timely completion of testing.
• Identify, Streamline. & propose alternative programming solutions. Explore to automate the fulfillment process.
• Project related decisions should be taken after discussing with the Project manager.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
• Graduate / Post Graduate. PMP/ Agile certified preferred.
• Should have at least 6-8 years experience in managing projects related to loyalty program handling
• Should have good communication skills and enhance work environment
• Knowledge of cards products/acquiring products, end to end understanding of parameterization and fulfillment
• Excellent analytical skills are required
• Knowledge of testing tools/defect management tools
