Job Description
- Manage 15 heads team size.
- Manage team roster on weekly basis.
- Get business target delivered on daily basis .
- 80% quality has to be driven among team.
- All basis process health reports to be reviewed feedback to given to bottom performers.
- Focus on team coaching and feedback.
Key Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience of handling team in BPO, KPO or E-commerece.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Target oriented and how to deliver daily process target should have a proper planing.
- Good hold in MS excel, WPS and near sheets Competency
1. Analytical Problem Solving- People Management, Analytical Skills, Dialer Management, Good Communication Skills, Exposure to automobile industry would be an additional advantage.
Outbond Calling
Working - 6 days working, day shift (Rotational Week Off)
Experience - 2+ Yrs in Outbound at TL position.
