Job Description
· Team Leaders will be responsible to drive Customer experience (NPS), Quality, Process/Sales Performance.
· Team Leaders will also provide constructive feedback and coach Officers on a regular basis to facilitate performance improvement.
· Team Leader is expected to identify Process/Product failures which lead to calls to Phone banking and highlighting it to concerned teams for resolution.
· He is also responsible for managing daily operational metrics of his team members by helping CSA with customer escalations and product dissemination.

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
