Job Details Share On: Team Leader Phone Banking Job Responsibilities-?Team Leader Phone banking is primarily responsible formanaging set of 8 Customer Service Associates.?Team Leaders will be responsible to driveCustomer experience (NPS),Quality , Process/Sales Performance.?Team Leaders will also provide constructive feedbackand coach Officers on a regular basis to facilitate performance improvement.?Team Leader is expected to identify Process/Productfailures, which lead to calls to Phone banking and highlighting it to concernedteams for resolution.?He is also responsible for managing daily operationalmetrics of his team members by helping CSA with customer escalations andproduct dissemination
