Team Leader | Property Management
About the role
As the Leader of Property Management at Blackshaw Manuka, you will be responsible for leading one of Canberra’s most respected teams of property management professionals. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's residential leasing and property management services. You will play a strategic part in driving the growth and success of the business.
What you'll be doing
Oversee and manage a team of property management specialists to deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants
Ensure all properties under management are maintained to a high standard and in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve the overall efficiency of the property management function
Provide leadership, coaching and development to the property management team to nurture their skills and support their career growth
Collaborate with the broader business to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in the residential leasing and property management market
Represent the company and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, tenants and industry partners
What we're looking for
Significant experience in a senior property management role, preferably within the residential sector
In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate & Property, Residential Leasing & Property Management industry and associated legislation and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make decisions
Real Estate License in ACT and NSW
