Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative acquisition campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and achieving key performance metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of digital acquisition specialists.
• Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Ensure team members are adequately trained and up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Generate regular reports on the performance of acquisition campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
• Ensure that all digital acquisition activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree/ Master’s degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in relevant field
• At least 2 years of team management experience
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
