JD of Team Leader
Achieve target at the assigned dealership
Make sure that the pdd is with norms and infant is collected
Recruit and maintain the required DST
Ensure that the Team target is achieved
Ensure proper service to Counters service by the team including Disbursement and Payout
Ensure that the team is ensuring collection of Pdd and Infant
Ensure proper follow up of Direct leads assigned and feedback provided
Ensure proper reporting of Self and Team activities to Supervisor
Ensure proper implementation of Campaigns
Ensure proper implementation of schemes launched from time to time
Ensure that no company data/mis is shared with competition in any manner
