Siemens is seeking an experienced and motivated Security Team Leader to lead our SES Service Team. This role is responsible for the operational, financial, and people management of the service function, ensuring high-quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
Full responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) performance of the SES Service Team
Direct management and leadership of SES Service Technicians, including performance, workload, and development
Preparation of quotes and cost estimates for small security projects and service works
Allocation and high-level management of small projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery
Financial and labour forecasting, ensuring resources are effectively planned and controlled
Act as the primary point of escalation for SES service-related issues, providing timely resolution and customer communication
Support and assist with service contract renewals, including scope definition and execution

To be considered for this opportunity you will have proven experience in security systems service delivery or a similar technical environment, strong people management and leadership skills. A sound understanding of financial management, forecasting, and cost control, and experience with quoting, estimating, and managing small projects. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset is a must.
