7 to + Years experience Automotive technical lead with SW development experience Primary skill - Experience in CAR remote key & Virtual Key, Technologies - Bluetooth, RF/LF, UWB protocols & stack Secondary Skill: - Manage requirement analysis & elicitation for Application Components. - Manage software design from software archi and SRS. - Manage software development of Application components. - Manage debugging software issues (BSW, Complex drivers and Application). - Manage software verification (UT/ST, IT) - Manage Technical reviews (Design, Coding, UT/ST, IT). - Responsible for the project deliveries (quality and correct functionality of deliverables) - Monitor individual employees Performance. - Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum Performance levels and career development. - Perform appraisals interviews for direct reports and plan career path development. - Review and approve employee's rating, bonus, & salary for the whole team. - Review time sheets & attendance and employees issues and concerns. - Train and coach team members. - Follow up with Team members on open actions. - Responsible for Quality audit & compliance findings. - Identify project specific training and co ordinate with Knowledge management team for training plans of engineers. - Follow up on the projects as per defined projects reporting mechanisms. - Responsible for improving project team members’ efficiency.
