About You
As a Team Lead, you'll supervise a team of tele-callers/ Onboarding specialists, who will connect with potential members who have expressed an interest in signing up for the Tide services. You will oversee the sales operations, ensuring to reach the goals within the allocated timeline. You will primarily be responsible for devising sales strategies, evaluating team performance, assigning tasks, and providing the best sales support to potential customers. You are a leader, you are expected to encourage your team members and help them deliver the required targets as per the company's regulations and policies. To will have to manage different stakeholders and coordinate with different teams in order to achieve the required goals. Design the necessary processes/ policies for the team.
Some of the things you'll be doing:
• Recruiting, train & coach the team of tele callers
• Ensuring that the SLAs and quality targets are met
• Helping acquire a new customer base via the tele calling team's support
• Setting targets & motivates the team toward the achievement
• Assuming ownership and accountability for the timely and accurate identification and resolution of Operational/ QA issues
• Facilitating inter-departmental communication to provide sales support effectively
• Managing stakeholder engagement, seeking/ providing guidance ensuring timescales and requirements are met
• Preparing dashboard & performance reports

You'll be a great fit if:
• You have prior experience managing/ supervising a team in an outbound sales environment (at least 6 years of experience with 2 years of team handling experience)
• You have previous sales/ business development experience in either fintech/ banking or the NBFC industry (especially with account opening or cross-selling)
• You are confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic with excellent telephonic skills
• You are able to articulate complex information and present it to the team
• You have the ability to coach and develop an efficient team
• You are self-motivated and conscientious, with a desire to make a real difference to the business
• You have great excel skills, with knowledge of PowerPoint and MS suite
• You are autonomous and able to work in the ambiguous environment
• You have some knowledge of compliance, KYC, AML, and associated regulations
• You have experience with CRM tools (like Kustomer, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
• You know how to manage different stakeholders and get the tasks/ goals completed within the timelines
• You are ready to work in rotational shifts and Saturdays/ Sundays
