Achievement of ambitious sales targets by timely planning and execution of sales programs.
Innovate and create operating efficiency and yield improvement enhancing opportunities to increase revenue.
Ensuring smooth and efficient day to day operations within the team.
Drive performance effectiveness and customer experience.
Meeting Daily and monthly team targets (B2C).
Coach assigned team on observed areas of improvement.
Conduct analysis and drive initiatives to improve efficiency.
Manage all customer interactions and handle escalations.
Boost team morale and manage absenteeism and attrition.
Must be a target oriented leader, maintain defined Service Level Agreement(SLA), and should have good knowledge on call quality attrition and shrinkage

- Driving the KRA for the team as well as themselves
