Location: Kolkata (On-Site)
Process Type: B2C Energy Outbound Sales Voice Process
Shift Time: US Shift
What You’ll Do:
• Lead, coach, and manage a team responsible for handling the US-based Energy Outbound Voice Process.
• Manage daily operations with a strong focus on achieving team Sales Targets.
• Ensure the delivery of the team’s and your own teams' daily and monthly Sales Targets to maintain client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Handle escalations and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
What You’ll Bring:
• Minimum 4years of experience in US Energy Voice Process or US Telecom Voice Process ( International BPO preferred).
• Strong convincing skills to generate sales conversion.
• Proven track record in team leadership and target achievement.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and motivational skills.
• Flexibility to work in the US core night shifts.
