The ideal candidates are required to work on the US shift from Monday through
Friday. They should have a passion for finding highly qualified applicants
while adhering to client policies.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process starting from sourcing, ensure
attendance of candidate in an interview, offer negotiation, timely joining, and
retention completion.
Maintaining all MIS and being updated with the latest affairs.
Making new clients ensure regular requirement flow for growing team size.
Reviewing the resumes of the team members before sending them to the clients.
Ensure no. of internal team size is maintained as per approved budget.
Recruit, manage and lead a dynamic team that responds and fulfills Clients
hiring needs.
Build talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovative methods.
Build a strong, dynamic, and competent recruitment team by foreseeing demand
pipelines.
Coordinate with the Business Development colleagues to have a thorough
understanding of the job profiles given by the client.
Impart hands-on trainer for recruitment team members.
Do the search and recruitment of senior positions himself/herself.
Take responsibility for uploading the latest client openings on our company’s
portal with the help of our IT team.
Prioritise work and review it with team members. (recruiters)
Familiar with professional social networking sites and various Auto HR groups
Proactive team player and must have worked in any team environment.
Familiarity with the US recruitment market and policies is a definite plus.
Draw upon a healthy & professional relationship with clients to create
responsive recruitment solutions.
Strong communication and coordination skills
Deadline and goal-oriented person
Qualifications:
BCA/MCA Degree or any equivalent qualification in the field of
IT. (Preferred)
Certification in any relevant project exposures.
Participating in any appropriate training program is a plus
