Role Overview
The Police Infringement Bureau (PIB) is responsible for managing Police issued infringement notices, providing advice and guidance to customers regarding infringement notices.
As a Team Leader at the Police Infringement Bureau, you will lead, manage and develop a high-performing team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Accountabilities:
Deliver Excellence: Ensure high-quality service, monitor efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
Lead and Mentor: Guide, coach and mentor team members, setting clear goals and fostering a positive culture.
Drive Performance: Set targets, conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback.
