Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Team Leader to manage our academic content writing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic writing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality content delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of academic writers
• Assign and manage writing tasks to meet deadlines
• Review and edit content for quality, accuracy, and academic integrity
• Provide feedback and training to team members
• Coordinate with the QC and client servicing teams
• Ensure compliance with formatting and referencing guidelines (APA, MLA, etc.)
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in academic writing
• 1+ year of team leadership or coordination experience
• Strong command of English (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with various academic writing formats and styles
• Work From Office
• Office Location-> Kolkata,Salt Lake Sec V
• Salary negotiable based upon experience and last ctc.
