In this role, you will:
• Be ITSO for WFM IT Services
• Ensure that service reviews are completed timely and act upon findings.
• Ensure service is compliant in EIM, PLADA, ICE etc
• Provide system support of business applications and resolve problems that may occur during business hours and non-business hours.
• Provide on-going support and maintenance on existing IT solutions
• Require good experience in developing Windows and Web applications using ASP.Net, c#.NET and VB.NET.
• Require good knowledge in WPF, WCF, LINQ and MVC
• Adequate knowledge in Angular JS, Angular, Node JS and Bootstrap
• Require knowledge in ORACLE or SQL Database
• Require knowledge in JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX.
• Adequate knowledge in Entity Framework
• Adequate knowledge on Agile and Devops tools (Jira, Sonar, GitHub and Jenkins)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, work independently, proactively and under pressure against multiple deadlines and to contribute to a larger team; to have flexible approach to responsibilities
• Ability to develop relationships with external and Internal support teams/stakeholders
• Ability to drive crisis calls during outage/degrade incidents
• Ability analyses the Incidents, should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the incidents timely manner
• Manage incident management for Automation IT and improve the MTTA and MTTR
• Ability to generate service quality report and present to Management on timely manner
• Review all GSD change request for controls and ensure they are compliant
• Ensure to work with relevant stake holders to get RCA for all Medium/High Impact incidents
• Ensure the remediation action (from RCA) to be implemented and replicating the recommendations in other instances
• Look for opportunities to improve Release/Service management process
• Ensure Housekeeping activities are processed as per plan
• Ensure best practices are implemented in all Infra environments/instances Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
In this role, you will:
• Minimum 8+ years IT experience, Technical Degree preferred
• 5+ Experience in C# or VB.NET language to debug the issues with code.
• ITIL Knowledge and certificate
• Experience on Change, Release, and Incident management.
