Greetings We are looking for a Team Lead for an International Sales Process in Bangalore.
Roles and Responsibilities
Managing Sales Performance
• Setting team targets daily on sales board that in line with annual budget target requirements
• Tracking sales performance through effective use of all performance reports
Recruitment & Selection
Core Team Development
• Coach and develop employees through regular one on one meetings, and through the use of individual Development Action plans (including outsourced renewalist, if applicable)
Client Relation Management
• Maintain ongoing relationships with the Key personnel of the project
Desired Candidate Profile
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
• Min 1 year Sales Team Lead Experience
• Good team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Lateral thinking, Persistent and Persuasive/Influencing
• Positive and Enthusiastic
• Ability to work to deadlines & Targets
• Keen, flexible attitude
• Willing to work from 03:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Fixed shift with Fixed Sunday Off)
Salary Offered Upto 6lpa (Based on last drawn)
Working days 6
