The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of 2-3 developers, collaborating with local and global cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of software engineers and drive projects independently or in collaboration with other dev teams.
Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Mentor and train junior developers, delegate tasks, and participate in code reviews.
Manage technical debt, ensure all processes are followed, and projects are delivered on time.
Learn and adapt to new technologies, languages, and frameworks.
Requirements
7+ years of relevant work experience in development.
At least 1+ years of experience managing 2-3 developers.
Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and SQL.
Experience with interpreted languages like PHP, JavaScript, or Python.
Experience with a JavaScript framework like React or Angular is a plus.
Understanding of software architecture principles and Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
