Team Manager, Card & Digital Fraud - REQ 54627- Permanent full-time position- Parramatta locationTake your career up a notchHow will I help?Our Card & Digital Fraud Operations team works to support Westpac Group customers that have experienced online fraud and/or scams. As a Team Manager, you will build a proud culture focused on people care and continuous improvement, driving service level adherence and compliance obligations. In your new role, you will lead a team of around 15 consultants who support customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online chat platforms. You will coach and support your team through their calls, as well as being responsible for their ongoing training and career development.This is a hybrid position based at our Parramatta office. You will have the opportunity to go through paid training with our consultants, to learn more about the business area and get a good grounding in Card & Digital Fraud Operations.To be successful in this role, you’ll be required to work on a rotating roster across our core hours Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm.
