Job Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 officers in Outbound Sales.
Your primary goal will be to manage the team's performance on quality, call productivity, and cross-selling metrics.
You will oversee the floor operations, monitor discipline, resolve officer queries, raise issues with respective departments, update officers on process/product updates, and ensure workstation availability.
Key Requirements
We are seeking a graduate with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in servicing financial products and 2+ years of team management experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas like VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
A strong leader with team motivation, adaptability, and SOP delivery skills is required.
Candidates must be confident, willing to learn, and have a positive can-do attitude with integrity.
This role demands a team player with self-motivation, ability to act as a role model, establish rapport quickly with peers, managers, and customers, and work with us to drive success.
