Job Role
Manage a team of 8-10 officers in outbound sales, focusing on delivering high-quality results while meeting productivity targets.
Lead the team to achieve excellence in call quality, cross-selling, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a disciplined work environment, resolving officer queries, escalating issues to relevant departments, and providing timely updates on processes, products, and workstation availability.
Job Requirements
Graduate degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in servicing financial products and at least 2 years of team management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, including V Lookup and Pivot formulas.
Strong leadership abilities, including team motivation, adaptability, and SOP implementation.
