• B.E/B.Tech candidate with 4 to 6 Years’ experience or Diploma Mechanical candidate with + to 15 Years’ experience into similar role.

Role
• Facility planning & Infra planning for Machine shop
• Shop Floor Open points closure
• New model Introduction & Making of documents like SOP, PFD, PFMEA & CP
Purpose
• Responsible for Infra Planning, Capex Project planning
• Shop Floor ORC points Closure
• Making of Process Documents, Implementation of ECN/PCN
• Ensuring TPM activities as per plan to meet business objectives
• Participation in Daily Work Management (DWM) & actions as per requirement
Key Responsibilities
• Capex Project planning and Execution, New model Infra planning & Execution
• Making of Layout
• Knowledge of AutoCAD & MS projects
• Knowledge of APQP& PPAP
• Monitoring of ORC, Closing of Open points and participating in daily dwm of shop floor
• Making of process documents like, PFD, SOP, PFMEA, CP & Process Validation sheet as well as Implementation of ECN/PCN
• Making of MIS & IMS documents
Technical Skills/Knowledge
• Analytical Skill
• Knowledge of TPM
• Knowledge of IATF16+4+, ISO+001, ISO14001, ISO45001& ISO50001
• Knowledge of 5S
• Auditing skills
• Lead auditor
• Planning & Coordination skills
