KGCG Limited T/A Brothers Kebab is a vibrant and fast-paced takeaway business in Auckland, specialising in delicious and convenient meals for our customers. We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated Team Members to join our friendly team and help deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare food items consistently according to established recipes and standards.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders, handling payments, and serving food promptly.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation during preparation and service.
Safely operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and microwaves.
Ensure cooked food is served at the correct temperature and removed from equipment promptly.
Store food, utensils, and supplies correctly to maintain freshness and safety.
Keep the store clean, hygienic, and well-organized at all times.
Receive and check deliveries, verifying stock against invoices for accuracy.
Regularly clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces and equipment.
Assist with packaging and delivering orders efficiently to customers.
Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
Work Hours and Benefits
Minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week
Paid between $24.00 to $28 per hour.
Requirements:
Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory as we provide full training.
Availability to work weekends and rostered shifts within trading hours of 11:00am to 4:00am.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Hardworking, reliable, and motivated with a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and good coordination skills.
