Job Description
The key responsibilities of the role will be as follows:
• Design and develop content for Trainer Led Programs for various Training Modules applicable for Retail Assets Functional Learning areas covering assessments, training content, facilitator guides, post training assessments/evaluations, on the job training workbooks
• Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile app.
• Design and develop content for eLearning Training modules applicable to various departments of Retail Assets Consumer Bank team on the bank's learning platforms.
• Constantly Upskilling themselves on different subjects for training
• Liaise with business teams and identify problem statements and develop content around resolution of the issues and bring about a needle movement.
• Liaise with business to ensure 100% completion of learning parameters
• •Should possess strong knowledge of Consumer Asset products and should have worked
• with asset products for at least 2 years.
• • Comfortable with Excel/ PowerPoint and Should be aware of New Training Techniques that can be
• implemented. Also aware of working with content creation tools like Articulate, Powtoon, Captivate, video
• editing skills etc
• • Excellent Communication to interact with Senior Management and other HO Departments and creative writing skills
