Job Role :
. Detailed understanding about Business Continuity Planning as a concept and its relevance for banking . Practical Knowledge of preparing BCP document covering different scenarios . Periodic review of BCP document and close coordination with respective stake holders to share updated BCP Document. . Embedding BCP in Organization Culture through various methods and strengthen awareness about BCP among all . Assisting in Implementation of BCP in various departments of the Bank . Prepare Annual BCP plan for different units and ensure adherence to the same . Ensuring that BCP testings / Evacuation Drills are conducted as per Schedule . Ensuring BCP testing are conducted for material vendors . Tracking of Major Incidents and informing the Business Continuity Management Committee about the same . Assisting in co-ordination with various stakeholders and ensure that actionable of the BCM Committee and executed within the stipulated time frame . Ensuring and Assisting in timely Compliance Reporting . Keep watch on external events and analyze its possible impact on functioning of the bank for preparedness to invoke BCP . Know-how of Info Security Risk / DR / BCP activation of related systems in coordination with IT DR team . Complying with periodic Regulatory requirement .
Handing of various audits viz Regulatory / Statutory/ Internal audits / Pw
C , IT Inspections , IT Security Audit, IS- Cyber Audits Job Requirements:
. At least 5 years of experience in related domain . MBA / CA preferred . Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . Excellent coordination and Management Skills . Effective oral and written communication . Sound logical reasoning capabilities
