Job description The role involves working closely with the Business team, Technology team and Vendors. Should have knowledge of vision plus system Prepare User Guides, BRD (Business Requirement document) and train users on newly developed Systems Should have knowledge of writing test cases and testing Co-ordinate with the development team / vendor for effective mapping of the business requirement and functionalities Thorough analysis for system issues faced and provide effective solutions Maintain Timely & Accurate MIS and Reporting. Excellent written and oral communication skills At least 4 to 6 yrs total experience in the vision plus system required for this position. Well versed with MS Office
