Location : Mumbai
Role description (Team Member Credit Card BSG):
Document the business requirement as per the input received from relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with IT / Vendor and translate business requirements into Functional solution
Preparation of detailed test scenarios, devise road map for its execution and conduct verification.
Reporting defects to designated team and tracking it until closure.
Users query/concerns resolution and provide support for live systems.
Role Requirements:
Minimum 3 of experience in Credit Card domain (BA / Operations / IT) as developer/tester/business analyst
Should have basic knowledge of V+ System, Cards Ecosystem, Rewards and Loyalty
Good analytical skills, Knowledge of MS Excel , SQL developer will be an added advantage
Should be a fast learner and open for newer concepts/ideas/technologies
Drafting skills for documenting business need and solution
