Job Description
Application Support : Provide functional support to end users of various applications viz., core banking system FlexCube, Finnone, LOS, LaserSoft, CRMNext, Vision Plus etc.
· Attend to the assigned calls, understand the requirement or issue. Take necessary inputs and resolve within the stipulated timelines ·
Analysis of the problem and run sql queries if required for troubleshoot and understand.
· To take Proactive measures for global issues in preventing subsequent occurrences
· To understand the application functionality including process and accounting related
· Co-ordinate with respective application management team for timely, closure of issues and ensure necessary resolution. · Update records in reconciliation system for proper reporting
· Understanding the diverse source systems that HDFC Bank has across its Asset, Liability and Card business.
GL Monitoring : Reconciliation of suspense and product GLs
· Identify the root cause and follow up on rectification with application team.
· Get the root cause addressed through SFR team.
· Reporting of outstanding/differences to respective stake holders
