The Role:
We have a number of permanent opportunities available for Policy Administration Team Members to join our Melbourne based Customer Operations team, kick-starting their career in Financial Services.
Upon commencing, you will start with a group of new work mates where your first two weeks will be spent in training learning more about our products, processes and systems. After this, you will move into your new team where you will continue to be supported by our Coaches and Leaders as you begin to manage queries on the job. A flexible working environment regarding start times is offered, subject to training and business requirements.
You will primarily be responsible for providing administrative support to the business by ensuring our clients and customers records are maintained accurately. Providing empathetic customer service over the phone, you will follow up on the requests of our clients and customers. Using your effective problem-solving skills, you will manage customer complaints and escalate as required.
To ensure for your success, you will work to specific targets that look at the accuracy and efficiency with which you can perform specific administrative processes. Working in a fun and collaborative environment, you will work closely with your team to ensure for the timely resolution of inquiries. You will also be tasked with looking for opportunities to improve our procedures and systems.
About You:
First and foremost, you're a self-starter and a true "people" person. A natural communicator, you have an investigative mindset and are adaptable, innovative and resilient. Your understanding of customer centricity combined with your willingness to learn and growth mindset will set you up for success in this rare entry-level role.
