Reports To: Head CE, Data analytics, Biz performance management

Use data to analyse & provide actionable insight to drive and grow SME Franchise with measurable impact on revenue
Key Accountabilities (List the expected end results or KPIs that the job holder is expected to achieve for this job. Do not list more than 5)
1. Gain customer insights, trends and customize specific cross sell opportunities for book growth / product cross sell
2. Analyse transactional and existing data of clients to gain business insights and recommend actionable insights to grow revenue base per budget
3. Collate and extract data from various sources for analysis
Job Duties & responsibilities (List the principal duties. Use concise statements that provide a clear understanding of the level of responsibility, complexity, creativity and analysis performed in this position.)
1. End to End Customer life Cycle management and build rigor to deepen Customer relationship hence revenue to bank
2. Exposure to SME banking and products
3. Keep abreast of local regulatory requirements affecting SME banking
4. Partner Segment Head to ensure successful execution of strategic programs
Required Experience
1. Analytics experience working with banking data, able to cross reference between data source to gain insights in customer patterns/needs
2. Hands on experience with a wide variety of data exploration/analysis tools
3. Proven ability to strategically manage complex, highly visible analytical projects from concept through implementation
4. Experience in Corporate banking Small & Medium Enterprise
5. Preferable to have minimum of 8+ years work experience
Education / Preferred Qualifications
1. Minimum of Bachelor (preferably in a computer science/analytical/engineering/commerce/business field)
2. Prefer a Master of Financial Engineering or in a computer science/analytical/engineering/ field.
