About the Function:
Financial Inclusion is an important initiative by RBI and recommended bank led model for financial inclusion in India. Financial inclusion aims to eliminate the barriers and provide economically priced financial services to the less fortunate sections of the society. The Bank has formed separate dedicated division to promote financial inclusion as a major step towards inclusive growth of India.
Financial Inclusion division have an exciting opportunity in core team for analyst role. The ideal candidate should have excellent expertise in excel based financial modelling and passion for data crunching.
JOB ROLE-
Financial modeling for the Financial Inclusion functions including areas of:
- Ownership of master data, developing reports and troubleshoot data issues
- Creating budgets for costs, volumes, targets for the business vertical
- Managing, tracking and reporting KPIs and dashboards. Analyze the trends and identify the variance
- Generate reports from single or multiple sources, interpret and analyze. Provide insights of data to various internal stakeholders.
- Managing payouts and other parameters for business partners.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection processes and metrics
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with sound understanding and passion for data
- Deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and data bases
- At least 5 years of hands on working experience with Excel, databases (SQL, Macros, R,etc)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are a must to deal with senior leadership within various cross-functional teams
