Job Description:
1. To support the HR Operations function for Investment Banking, Institutional Equities , Private Equity and Advisory business
2. Liaise with respective HR- RM to support HR Operational activities.
3. Employee Onboarding formalities
4. Completion of employee personal file and records
5. Background check (Pre and Post)
6. Employee database update
7. Insurance data - addition – deletion
8. Vendor management
+. Payroll Inputs records preparation
10. Payroll statutory inputs preparation
11. Exit formalities
12. F&F Inputs preparation
13. HRMS records update
14. MIS
Eligibility:
1. 5 years to 6 years work exp
2. Graduate | MBA
3. Good communication skills
4. MS Excel Skill (V-lookup , Pivot ,Data validation check, etc,)
5. MS Word Skill (Mail merge, etc)
6. Knowledge of Payroll and Statutory laws
7. Prior experience on HR related software
