Job Role: . Will Manage Commercial Bank LPU based at Chennai/Salem . Will be responsible for Managing the team of LPU and ensure file process in TAT with quality. . Will be managing recruiting / training LPU tea member in Tamilnadu/Kerala and Karanataka. Responsible to manager support to stake holders for smooth processing of files disbursement. Job Requirements: . Exposure to policy and process / control function / retail assets file process . Willingness to travel in Rural / Urban India Good knowledge of MS Office, Positive attitude & team player . Good oral and written communication skills . Analytical skills & Networking skills Experience in LOS and core is preferable
