JOB ROLE:
•Handling approx. 2500 clients PAN India to procure critical statements like Stock Statements, Insurance ,UFCE and scheduling of Stock Audit .
•Coordinating with Clients and Business team to resolve queries , if any.
•Ensure the timely submission of various statements to Credit Monitoring Team for compliance.
•Ensure UFCE monitoring accurately so as to avoid any expense hit to P & L.
•Ensure levying penalty to the eligible clients , wherever applicable as per process.
•Engaging with various stakeholders namely CMT , Credit , Business , BSG , IT and Clients to comply with portfolio requirements.
•Publish MIS of all the activities as per process . TAT to be followed along with accuracy.
•Audit queries to be handled for the portfolio in hand.
•Getting involved in various automation projects with respect to portfolio and take initiatives for improvement in process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
•MBA in Finance with 4-7 years of experience
•Ability to Influence/Relationship Management Skills.
•Attention to detail – for identifying operational misses and process gaps
•Inquisitive about existing processes – can find his / her way through the organization
•Good communication skills
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PPT) is a must
