Role : Team Member BGG (CC BSG)
Grade: M2
Location : Mumbai
Role description (Team Member Credit Card BSG):
• Document the business requirement as per the input received from relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with IT / Vendor and translate business requirements into Functional solution
• Preparation of detailed test scenarios, devise road map for its execution and conduct verification.
• Reporting defects to designated team and tracking it until closure.
• Users query/concerns resolution and provide support for live systems.
Role Requirements:
• Minimum 3 of experience in Credit Card domain (BA / Operations / IT) as developer/tester/business analyst
• Should have basic knowledge of V+ System, Cards Ecosystem, Rewards and Loyalty
• Good analytical skills, Knowledge of MS Excel , SQL developer will be an added advantage
• Should be a fast learner and open for newer concepts/ideas/technologies
• Drafting skills for documenting business need and solution
