M5 The key responsibilities of the role will be as follows: Designand develop content forTrainer LedPrograms for various Training Modules applicable forRetail Assets FunctionalLearning areas covering assessments, training content, facilitator guides, post training assessments/evaluations,on the job training workbooks Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile app.
Design and develop content for eLearning Training modules applicable to various departments ofRetail Assets ConsumerBankteam on the bank'slearning platforms.
Constantly Upskilling themselves on different subjects for training Liaise with business teams and identify problem statements and develop content around resolution of the issues and bring about a needle movement.
Liaise with business to ensure 100% completion of learning parameters .Should possess strong knowledge of Consumer Asset products and should have worked with asset products for at least 2 years.
.ComfortablewithExcel/ PowerPoint andShould be aware of New Training Techniques that canbe implemented.
Also aware of working with contentcreation toolslikeArticulate,Powtoon, Captivate, video editing skillsetc .Excellent Communicationto interact with Senior Management and other HODepartments andcreative writingskills
