In-office presence is required 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday during training
Hybrid work arrangements (2 days in Parramatta office / 3 days WFH) after successful training
What’s the role?
The Team Member directly contributes to the Westpac Vision of Helping Australians Succeed with the principal purpose of this role being to provide our customers with an exceptional customer experience whilst fulfilling their requests. This includes completing customer requests, communicating with customers via email and telephone, and from time to time working with stakeholders across the group to achieve an expected outcome for our customers.
The role also provides support to Institutional Clients with day-to-day enquiries and transactions. assist with end-of-day processes, which involve reviewing transactions and resolving any outstanding actions. You will work to ensure you remain focused on the delivery of quality output, following Westpac protocol, policies and procedures when completing functional activities by role modelling Westpac’s values of Helpful, Ethical, Leading Change, Performing & Simple.
What do I need?
Banking / Finance knowledge would be highly desirable
Experience with MS office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Systems Knowledge – Pronto, Service Online, HOST applications knowledge (desirable).
