• KRA 1 Managing Pot NPLs & ensuring slippages are minimal in the portfolio and follow up with line teams in managing the POT NPL month on month.
• KRA 2 Initiating legal action such as dunning letters, notices, counsel calling, etc on cases where other follow up measures have not yielded any result, the appropriate formats for different stages are to be applied.
• KRA 3 Conduct root-cause analysis for cases appearing in DPD and resolution of the same, which needs work on getting cases moved out of DPD through various plans such as DOD, takeover, property settlement, etc .
• KRA 4 Monitoring key indicators to ensure cases do not move into delinquency.
• These include, unencashed PO, TOD regularization, NEFT/RTGS and fund movement into clients a/c with other bank, getting other bank CA closed for better visibility on the clients behaviour, etc.
• Strategise lowering of exposure / recovery in all non performing account along with DFSO until we conclude that perusing legal action is the only way to recovery.
• KRA 5 Review the execution of EXIT plans for all identified accounts as per plan of action submitted by line teams.
• Ensure that in cases where EXIT plans are not actioned, fresh plans for EXIT are put up with Target dates.
• KRA 6 Incase of willful default and customer's non cooperation inspite of business condition being in proper state, immediate support is to be sought from DFSO to proceed with legal course as well.
• KRA 7 Managing RBI related matters on delinquent accounts such as Legal Credit Reviews.
• Periodic health checks on all Stress accounts to ensure no further deterioration, collateral checks etc.
