About the Role
The Fleet & Depot team have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity working as a Sign Installer.
Working in our trades team as a team member you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of regulatory, warning and street blade signage across the Parramatta LGA. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of street furniture.
This position is Monday-Friday from 5:45am-2:45pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and maintenance of signage across the Parramatta LGA.
Report and fix damaged assets across the Parramatta LGA.
Assist the Team Leader to deliver all works; programs/ schedules to the agreed standards.
Adapt to changing priorities and undertake other tasks as directed, to assist other teams and operational areas to meet community needs.
Undertake a variety of tasks as directed, to assist other teams and operational areas.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
Current NSW Class C Driver’s License with the willingness to obtain a MR license.
White Card
Previous experience with the maintenance and installation of signs
Hand and power tool experience
Ability to adapt to conflicting priorities.
Great time management
Great communication skills to deliver excellent customer service whilst servicing the community.
Ability to autonomously and within a team environment.
Ability to use electronic devices to complete administrative tasks.
What’s on offer:
We are offering an attractive remuneration from $63,507 to $6+,+57 plus 12% superannuation.
