Reporting to - SVP ORM
Job Responsibility :
- Implementing and embedding the Operational risk framework in Wholesale Banking Domain to identify, assess, mitigate and monitor key risks
- Review new product/product variant rollouts prior to launch and highlight operational risks associated as part of forward looking risk management
- Conduct process walk through to identify & assess gaps and suggest mitigants to eliminate / control / monitor operational risks
- Managing Operational Risk Executive Committee
- Support the Business in designing/monitoring key risk indicators, RCSAs (Risk and Control Self assessments) and operational risk scenarios
- Analyze unusual events/operational risk events, review of control testing results reported by business for risk identification, assessment and need for control/process enhancements
- Conduct ad-hoc thematic reviews basis directions from various Committees / Businesses for Wholesale Banking domain.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of power point & excel
- Ability to understand, interpret and manipulate large data sets
- CA or MBA with Certification in Operational risk or experience in control functions would be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Should be able to independently carry out the task
