*Job Summary**
• *Aku's The Burger co**. is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable **Front of House Shift Members** to join our growing team As a FOH team member, you’ll be the face of the brand — greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience every time they visit.
• *Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments confidently and responsibly
- Answer questions about the menu and offer recommendations
- Communicate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, restrooms, and front counter
- Refill napkins, utensils, and other supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Assist with light prep or food assembly during busy hours if needed
- Work as part of a team to deliver smooth and efficient service during each shift
• *Mandatory Requirements**:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• *Desired Skills & Qualifications**:
- Prior customer service or food service experience (preferred, but not required)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and operating the POS system
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Punctual and reliable with strong attention to detail

AKU’s is run by Chef Akriti Malhotra, an alumni of The Culinary Institute of America and Ankit Malhotra, an entrepreneur.
Prior to starting AKU’s she worked at a few Michelin star restaurants in New York and then across the world in India for caterings with some of the best chefs of the world.
Her food love language still spoke to _**Hearty Comfort**_ food and that’s how the birth of AKU’s happened
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
