Silver Fern Farms Waitōtara is one of our smaller Processing Sites, with 280+ Team Members at the height of the season. Located 30 minutes north of Whanganui and 45 minutes south of Hāwera, and easily accessible via State Highway 3, the site is part of the relaxed close-knit coastal town of Waitōtara.

Te mahi, our working arrangements:
Complete your on-the-job training and earn a minimum $28.12/hr plus extras.
Usually, 40 hours per week during peak production season, plus overtime opportunities.
Minimum $38/hr production overtime rate.
8-hour shifts, day shift and evening shifts times vary falling between 6.20am to 4.20pm, and 2.00pm to 1.00am.
All work clothing and safety gear is provided.

No experience? No problem, we provide all the training you need.
You're an active team member who can work closely with others and bring a positive, hardworking attitude.
Able to understand and follow health and safety, quality, and technical compliance requirements.
Eligible to work in New Zealand.
Must be 18 years or older to meet audit requirements.
Able to pass our pre-employment medical checks, criminal convictions check, and physical fitness requirements.
