Job Role:
At FIMM , we are dealing with all Investment in Fixed Income and Money Market Instruments. It involves following:-
o To liaise with Financial Institution and front office for availing Refinance and repayment of Interest and Principal
o Monitoring of listing of Bonds and Debentures on stock exchange
o To monitor Dividend declaration dates and Dividend flow on Equity shares
o Reconciliation of Funds and Securities with Calypso system and RBI statement
o Monitoring of Borrowings on CCIL platform (TREPS) and settlement of deals in CALYPSO system
o Ensuring timely & accurate submission of MIS and regulatory returns.
o Liaise with auditors (external and Internal)
o Computing and Monitoring of SLR on a daily basis
o Liaise with Bank for Documentation for Investing in IPO of Equity shares.
o Monitoring the Credit Ratings for Bonds and Debentures
Job Requirements:
Good written and oral communication skills.
Should be a strong team player and demonstrate excellent team work.
Willingness to work late hours /work in staggered working arrangement, in case the same is required.
Willingness to learn new system , processes and Products
Should be good at MS Excel and Word
Should be good in Data analysis and number crunching.
Should have a good basic accounting knowledge
