Now Hiring: Owner Operator TEAMS (CDL-A) – Atlanta, GA to Dallas, TX
Drive as a TEAM. Earn as a TEAM. Run smart and run strong with us.
We’re currently seeking Owner Operator Teams (O/O Teams ONLY – No Solo Drivers) to run a consistent and profitable route from Atlanta, GA to Dallas, TX and back.
Must Have:
A 2018 or newer tractor
Two qualified CDL-A drivers operating as a team
Commitment to safety, professionalism, and on-time delivery
What We Offer:
75% Paid to the Truck
OTR TEAM work – 5 days week
Consistent round-trip lanes:
Atlanta ➝ Dallas ➝ Dallas ➝ Atlanta
Home at the end of your shift
24/7 dispatch
Access to fuel, toll, and insurance programs
Your Responsibilities:
Operate your tractor safely and responsibly with a clean MVR and PSP
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Deliver freight on time and maintain logs of miles, fuel, and inspections
Stay in communication with dispatch and report any issues en route
Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations
✅ Minimum Requirements:
Minimum age: 23 years
Valid CDL Class A license and DOT medical card
2 years’ Owner Operator experience
2018 or newer tractor
Clean MVR and strong safety record
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Background check with minimum 3 years of verifiable driving experience
