Professional Know-how

Academic:

• The ideal profile would be a BS in Computer Science (an advanced degree/courseware in ML or an MBA would be a bonus).

Experience:

• 10 years of experience, with some experience in small product companies in a hands-on technology mode as a Sales Engineer, Architect, etc.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support sales and pre-sales around product technology and implementation details.

• Support customers on implementation, including SDK development in coordination with the delivery team.

• Provide support during customer escalation in production support scenarios.

• Engage with customers to understand needs and help shape and articulate the product roadmap with Product Management.

• Linkages with Product R&D, Product Management, Professional Services & Solution Consulting (domain-agnostic).

Competencies

• Over 10 years of experience with some experience in small product companies in a hands-on technology mode as a Sales Engineer, Architect, etc.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to speak to both business and technical audiences.

• Technically strong around key engineering concepts like SaaS, Cloud Security, and Deployment models.

• Understanding of coding, especially around Microsoft architectures with a hands-on orientation.

• Willingness to work with remote teams and time flexibility, given engineering and delivery teams operate from India.

• Understanding Machine Learning and Process Automation is a strong positive.

• Based in the US and flexible to travel primarily across the United States (will need to travel occasionally to India for tech deep immersion).

• The ideal profile would be a BS in Computer Science (an advanced degree/courseware in ML or an MBA would be a bonus).
