Location: Goa (initially) About build3: build3 is an impact accelerator that supports founders working on innovative solutions to improve the mind, body, and planet. Our current cohort consists of 26 founders who are seeking cofounders to join their teams and help drive their missions forward. Role Overview: We are looking for Tech Co-founders to join on of our cohort's startups. The ideal candidates will have strong technical backgrounds and a passion for using technology to create positive change. You will work closely with the founder(s) to develop scalable and innovative tech solutions. Responsibilities: • Lead the development and implementation of technology strategies for the startup. • Collaborate with the founder to define product vision and roadmap. • Build and manage a high-performing tech team. • Oversee the development of scalable and reliable software solutions. • Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of the technology infrastructure. Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of software development, architecture, and engineering. • Experience with cloud computing, AI, machine learning, and/or blockchain technologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset. • Passionate about creating tech solutions that improve mind, body, and planet.
