JOB ROLE - CREATIVE TECH CONTENT WRITER
We are looking to get guided from a seasoned TECH CONTENT WRITER to create valuable contents on tapplent HCM products for our customers, prospects and help in building PERSONA of the organization. Your work will have you fiddling with taglines on website pages, writing blog posts for feature announcements, putting together thought leadership post for guest publications, sketching educational collateral, framing scripts for feature videos, building presentations to better explain product features and so on.
Your responsibilities include evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed, regularly updating and promoting the company blogs by pitching articles on the company's sites, events, and other HR tech platforms. Job demands that you are good at conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types, and proofreading articles before publication. An eye for detail, delivering quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness. You should keep abreast of the latest SEO techniques. you ultimately should be able to contribute to the development of strategies that will increase reader engagement immensely.
Responsibilities of Content Writer
• Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print.
• Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs and articles.
• Utilize industry best practices to inspire ideas and content.
• Measure impact and perform analysis to improve KPIs.
• Draw SEO strategies to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results.
• Contribute to the localization of process and content to ensure consistency across regions
• Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps.
• Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellence.
Qualification for Content Writer
• You are good at storytelling, sound HCM product knowledge and industry too.
• You have knack for personalizing users experience.
• You have ability to work with technical writing tools.
• You are good at research and exploration skills and proofreading skills.
• You should be good at single sourcing.
• You are good at critical thinking skills, and ability to create original and creative concept.
• You have exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable grasp of the English language - idioms and current trends in slang and expressions
• You have ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
• You have ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
• Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high quality output in a short span of the time.
• Knowing the basics of sociology, Web design basics would be an advantage.
• Educational degree in English, linguistics, journalism or mass communication related field is must
