Our Requirement: A Rockstar Developer With a Knack for Teaching
• A Bachelor’s or higher degree from a college or university in a relevant field
• Proven experience working in product-based companies in the field of software development or a similar vertical
• Alignment to the company's vision and culture
Must-Have Skills:
• Native fluency in any of the languages: Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil and Telugu.
• Professional fluency in English
• Excellent presentation & communication skills. Should be able to explain complex subjects clearly.
• Strong technical proficiency in relevant technologies or subjects
• Expertise in content development using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc. (Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Stack is an added advantage)
• Strong proficiency in MERN Stack, and Python Programming
• Well-versed with React ecosystems like React Router, Hooks, CRA, etc.
• Good knowledge of Object-oriented programming
• Familiarity with Git
• Ability to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Good-To-Have Skills:
• Strong knowledge of the subject matter, industry standards, and best practices
• Any teaching or mentorship experience will be an added advantage
• Ability to adapt training methods to various learning styles
• Aligning to Agile principles, and adhering to Sprint methodology
• Should have a problem-solving and solution-seeking mindset
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it
• Openness for iterations and feedback
• Driven by ownership, hustle, and delivery
Responsibilities:
• Deliver video lectures
• Share your industry experience with learners
• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
• On a need and priority basis, get involved in content development and product development activities
Work Location: NxtWave Office spaces in Hyderabad
Working Days: 6 days a week (and a flexible week off)
Basic Requirements: You need to have your own laptop
Type of employment: Full-Time
Probation Period: 2 Months
CTC: ₹18 LPA (Including Performance Bonus)
• For 24 - 30 Hours of approved content every month
